FitMed Partners was founded by Bright McConnell, III, MD, a board certified orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty expertise in sports medicine and human performance and certification in age management medicine.
Dr. McConnell leads our Charleston, SC team of professionals, who possess expertise and training in nutrition, weight and age management, and exercise performance. Our registered dietitians and exercise physiologists provide expert advice on nutrition and exercise prescriptions, and our entire team will draw on the best clinical evidence and latest medical research to design a personalized plan for optimal health and fitness for you.
